IMPORTANT: NTMS is undergoing a major upgrade over the weekend of December 12-13. As a result, there will be periods of time that the system will be unavailable. You should make arrangements with the one call center(s) to have emergency tickets voiced out to you between Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 11am ET through Sunday, December 13, 2015 at 8pm ET. When the system comes online, the tickets will be available to manage, post statuses, etc.
